I am sure you can relate to these extremely annoying telemarketer calls and texts!
✅ BUT I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE MAKING THIS NEW VIDEO PUBLIC ON YOUTUBE BECAUSE OF THE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE!
The What? Did you say infringement notice?
YES AGAIN! Another one of those infringement notices that I have had to dispute. This song goes so perfectly with my new video so I had to submit this dispute:
"FOR ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE ON OTHER ARTISTS MUSIC:
I create my videos on an app called InShot. There is a free library of music to choose from and this particular song was in the library. InShot recommends that you copy the artists information and add it as a credit at the end to avoid a situation exactly like this, which I did. I always add the credit for every artist whose music is in the library and that I choose to use in any section of my video. I spend time creating a thank you credit page either at the end of the video, or more creatively, I have started adding credits for the artists when their music starts to play during the video. Please watch the full video to see where the credit is. Again, InShot says that you will not have these copyright strikes if you add the information, so I don't know why I am receiving this notice.
I have been creating videos with this app for many months now and usually without issue. If this particular record company or artist has an issue with video makers using their songs, they should remove them from this library! Please contact InShot if you have a problem, and please remove this copyright claim! I am a singer/songwriter myself and I am very sensitive to copyright ownership.
I hope that this will explain why I chose this particular music.

Hello 👋🏽 Friends!
Music Mama just finished this new video today simply named “SPAM RISK” and I hope you enjoy this short and perhaps not so sweet short.
I am so tired of having to block and clear the dozen of these unwanted, pesky and extremely annoying messages I get daily.
So I took screenshots of a few of the messages, and happened to capture the last part of one of the home phone “invasions” by spam risk! Then decided to put together what turned out to be a rather amusing new video.
I would love to know how many other people get these spam/telemarketer phone calls and texts on your house phones and cell phones. So please feel free to leave any comments you may have so I don’t feel like I’m the only one overwhelmed with this spam stuff!
Does anyone know how to STOP 🛑 this barrage of spam? If you do, you will be a hero for all of us!
