LET’S DANCE 💃🏿 A Video By Jeanine Introduction: I’m dancing with my brother at my wedding, September 20 at 1986. I don’t know where all that energy came from, especially on my wedding day with 200 guests. Apparently, when you feel like dancing, you just keep dancing. I cannot dance like that anymore with my bone on bone knees. That dance is probably how I wore them out. Even more so than tennis or figure skating. Thank you, brother Jay, for dancing with me. Not to was not an option. Thank you, Geo, for the first dance. My father was a folk dancer and an incredible partner on the dance floor. Then, I danced the first dance with my new husband, still with boundless energy and apparently not caring about anyone else’s opinions. Thank you, Curt. Aloha With Ohana Maui'i Moments with My Ohana Family I am in love with the Hawaiian  Islands, one of the most beautiful places on earth. They hold a special place in my heart. My family and I have cherished the numerous times we’ve returned to visit these enchanting islands. Kaanapali Beach has been our frequent destination since Curt and I first went in 1980. It feels like a second home and we've made friends with some awesome people. We’ve also been fortunate enough to explore Oahu and Kauai. Kauai, with its lush emerald colors and warm rains, is a paradise. When my daughter was alive, she shared my passion for photography. She would constantly capture moments from the backseat of the car, documenting every destination we visited. In this video, I’ve compiled over 30 years of Aloha in Hawaii. Aloha embodies love, fellowship, and a way of life that respects the land and the sea. It’s a greeting and a farewell, a way of expressing gratitude and a way of life. I share this spirit with you! Which One Is Dumbo? A Video Of Mother and Son Having Fun Our second child, Brendan, was a spirited little boy from the moment he arrived. He was always intentionally or unintentionally, making us laugh. He was especially spirited as a baby and toddler. But it would not be fair to neglect to mention that he grew up to become a spirited pilot. He had an unbreakable bond with his older sister, Meghan, and he followed her everywhere. In this video he is mastering his crawl with a new little buddy. This is where Dumbo comes in to play. Dumbo is his stuffed elephant 🐘 almost the size of our son, and apparently and allegedly our little intrepid boy was chased by aforementioned Dumbo. Then son chased Dumbo. Then Dumbo got in his face literally. And then Dumbo had a talk with him. Editor’s Note: I recently had the chance to access my old family VHS tapes and transfer them to my computer. However, the video footage from 1990 may not always have the best quality. Despite this, there’s a lot of heart, soul, and humor in this video. Our adventurous one-year-old had been learning to crawl and was gradually transitioning into standing. First he learned to crawl, and then he learned to fly! Hay Unos Ojos Performed By Jeanine Descubre El Secreto Detras De Esta Actuacion Magica Con Ojos Brillantes For Your Consideration On Meghan’s first birthday, October 2, 1988, we invited our extended family to celebrate this momentous occasion with us. Among our esteemed guests were my brothers Jay and Chris, Curt’s brother Marc, his wife Robin, Meghan’s cousins Erin and Blayre, and the proud grandparents Norm, Sylvia, and Nona. We were also delighted to have our friends Dee Dee, Deborah, and our trusted housekeeper Emelia, along with her son. Deb brought her adorable grandchildren, a pair of fraternal twins, who were already charming when they arrived and only grew cuter over time. (Interestingly, “someone”had a crush on one of the the boys 18 years later, though she didn’t seem to notice them much at the time.) Now, let’s talk about why we introduced our guests in the video. You’ll see them throughout the song, as filmed by my husband, Meghan’s father, Curt. They listen attentively to the music and then get up and dance to song #3. This song was recorded live and in a single take, so any mistakes are part of the charm.
