Elegance In Motion 🩰 Dancing 💃Makes People Happy So Lets Dance 🕺 Watch These Surprising Dance Moves! #coolmusic #ballet #mambo #humor #dancers #fun You might assume from the title of this new video that it is about elegant ballet dancing. You would be partially correct. It is about some ballet practice and then surprise! I wanted to create the definitive dance video because as you may know, I have made a few. There are lots of types of dancing. You will see a few of mine I call freestyle. And because I grew up in the 1960s, we had dances like the Watusi, the Jerk, the Twist, and the Swim among other goofy dances. You will also see dancing at my wedding in 1986. I dance with my brother who looks as if he may be slightly reluctant to join his sister in some highly energetic dancing, but ultimately enjoyed himself. I danced with my father, which will remain a precious memory forever. You will see a couple spontaneously dancing at The Hyatt in Maui to celebrate their 30th anniversary while their rather intoxicated friend sang along with the regular professional entertainment singer/guitarist. You will see a brief moment from one of my favorite dances with twirling lights. They are called glow shows and quite beautiful to watch. And you will see a truly embarrassing “mambo“ on a ship under sail at sea. It’s hard enough to learn a new dance without having to be tossed about the cabin as you are dancing. Naturally, I chose a mambo song for these 2 dancers. And my beloved daughter at her dance class doing some side leaps with her fellow dance students . Everyone in the video was dancing to different music originally but that’s the amazing thing about music. You can dance to almost anything. When you add different songs with the same type of feel and rhythm it gives a new dimension for our dancers. All of the musicians you will hear in this video are amazing and enhance the viewing experience with their music. You are never too old to dance. So what are you waiting for? J9's Travel Vlog May and June 2025 This is a personal video I made for my family to share with them our two trips in May and June. I am only sharing it here on my website, for as I mentioned it is personal. Thank you to all those incredible friends and family we were able to see in Chicago and Madison. The beginning photos are from my cousin Steve Hlavka’s 80th birthday celebration. All those beautiful people you see are my family! In one day busy day we went to visit Curt‘s uncle in Chicago. Next up we saw his dear friends the Wernick/ Lerner family briefly for an early dinner before heading to a surprise visit with my dear childhood friend Maggie Phair-Butts. And a lot of driving in between. We got back to our hotel in Madison just before midnight, two very tired travelers. We went to West Madison for a day and walked around Lake Mendota. That is where we encountered the Canadian geese who are featured in this travel Vlog. Everywhere we went from Madison to Milwaukee from Chicago to Geneva, everyone was so welcoming we wish we had had more time to spend with them. Note: do not argue with Siri when he tells you to turn around at the next light make a U-turn and go back. If you told Siri you wanted to go to Lake Geneva instead of Geneva, you will be directed in a different direction. Maggie lives in Geneva not Lake Geneva. We even met a new guy on the plane from Burbank to Memphis who was also an attorney and a delightful, funny seat mate. You will see him take a dive. So You Wanna Be An Actor? Everyone Wants To Be An Actor At Some Time In Life To Some Degree 👀 Look Honey! It’s Paul Newman, your favorite actor and your favorite eyes! It takes a special something to be an actor. It takes work and dedication. It takes talent and a dream. You need acting classes and training. You need to know yourself. You will need a lot of confidence and patience because you will encounter countless rejections. They say you will go on 50 auditions to get one part. Then you have to deal with how you feel after the other 49 auditions. Tip: When on an audition, if the casting director asks you if you can ride a motorcycle, don't say yes unless you can really ride a motorcycle. Advice: Be ready. Know your lines. Show up on time. Always be kind. Those who succeed believe in themselves and keep going. Believe in yourself and trust that you are always in the right place at the right time. The choice you make in that moment is up to you. Have faith that if it is meant to be, it will be. But don't quit your day job. At least until you can make a living as an actor. Caution: Of all of the actors in the world, only a small percentage are able to make a living with their craft. And an even smaller percentage become "stars” ⭐️ I think we are all stars and I applaud 👏 any of you aspiring actors for giving it a go. It's all about senior health and staying active while aging gracefully. This video titled “Tennis Day with Seniors,” offers a unique personal perspective on the sport and all the stuff you have to remember from how to hold your racket to actual play! Contrary to popular misconceptions, the seniors featured in the video are not your typical elderly arthritic tennis enthusiasts. Although one of them has a lot of degenerative arthritis and bad knees, which makes it challenging to play tennis at all. The first of our seniors is a dynamic tennis pro, while another is an attorney who played on the varsity tennis team in high school. Despite his impressive past, he doesn’t play tennis regularly anymore except for on this court with this Tennis Pro once every two years when visiting Maui. The third senior is our videographer birthday girl who may not be as skilled as her two companions, but she has a certain charm and a sense of humor. Our tennis pro instructor Dan has a lot of patience when teaching either of us. Our first tennis lesson with Dan was over 15 years ago, and I’ve included a few photos of us at that time at the end of this video. He is an awesome player and a wonderful instructor.This year May of 2025, I’ve captured and edited 40 minutes of photos and videos from our tennis days with Dan. It’s been a fun and memorable experience and I’m happy to share it with you. Although for 2 players there is an element of frustration. Aloha With Ohana Maui'i Moments with My Ohana Family I am in love with the Hawaiian  Islands, one of the most beautiful places on earth. They hold a special place in my heart. My family and I have cherished the numerous times we’ve returned to visit these enchanting islands. Kaanapali Beach has been our frequent destination since Curt and I first went in 1980. It feels like a second home and we've made friends with some awesome people. We’ve also been fortunate enough to explore Oahu and Kauai. Kauai, with its lush emerald colors and warm rains, is a paradise. When my daughter was alive, she shared my passion for photography. She would constantly capture moments from the backseat of the car, documenting every destination we visited. In this video, I’ve compiled over 30 years of Aloha in Hawaii. Aloha embodies love, fellowship, and a way of life that respects the land and the sea. It’s a greeting and a farewell, a way of expressing gratitude and a way of life. I share this spirit with you!
